All orders undergo a stringent quality control check before dispatch to ensure they meet our premium standards. Below is a detailed breakdown of our shipping procedures and estimated timelines.
Order Processing Time
All standard orders (in-stock items) require a processing time of 1-3 business days prior to shipping. For custom-colored, bespoke styling, or pre-order units, processing may take between 5-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major national holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Taxes, Duties & Customs
For global shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TheHair Solution is not responsible for these charges. It is the customer's responsibility to understand their local laws and absorb any customs clearance costs.
Stolen or Lost Packages
To ensure a successful delivery, we recommend tracking your shipment closely using the provided tracking number. We require a signature upon delivery for high-value orders. Once the carrier marks an item as "Delivered," TheHair Solution is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
