Our Refund & Exchange Policy
At TheHair Solution, maintaining the utmost standard of hygiene and luxury is our top priority. While we thoroughly inspect all bundles and wigs before they are shipped, we understand that situations may arise where an exchange or return is requested. Please review our comprehensive policy below.
14-Day Return Window
We are pleased to offer a return or exchange on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team within this timeframe. Unapproved returns mailed back to us will not be accepted.
Condition of Eligibility
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of our products, hair units are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable if they have been altered in any way.

The lace must remain uncut and completely intact.

The hair must not have been washed, brushed, combed, dyed, tinted, or actively worn.

The bundle safety ties or bands must remain attached entirely.

Original packaging, including satin bags and informational cards, must be included.
The Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days upon arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank institution's processing timeline. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you encounter any discrepancies or received an incorrect unit compared to your invoice, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate an exchange for the correct item at no additional shipping cost to you. For preferences regarding a different color or length on eligible (unaltered) units, you will be responsible for standard return shipping fees.
